December is soon upon us. I was scratching my head wondering what to introduce to readers next year. That was when it hit me. Why not turn the setback into something that can help my readers?
Our mindset, or willpower, along with integrity, are the only things which influence our actions in order to achieve the outcomes we want. This applies to all facets of life, including weight loss.
With a new year, I may want a fresh start by keeping a new blog. If that happens, I’ll be sure to keep you updated so you can continue to follow my thoughts and be motivated to be the best you that you can be.
I’m no multi-millionaire but I’ve worked hard enough to be comfortable. I’m at a place where I’m pretty contented with life. Why not share it with others so they can also reach a stage where they’re internally satisfied?
Sure, there’s always room for improvement. But if we don’t learn to be contented with ourselves first and foremost, there will always be the innate restlessness and dissatisfaction which cause misery.
Happiness and nirvana are a delicate balance between wanting improvement and being contented. I’ll show you how to tread the fine line next year : )
