Cooking is so therapeutic after a long day at work. It helps to have an activity to take your mind off work stress and, at the end of it all, you have a wonderful meal to serve your loved ones! Preparing dinner doesn’t need to take hours as some claim. There’re delicious dishes that take very little time to prepare.
Like this fragrant dish! 😀 My man loves my runny, creamy scrambled eggs, so he’s usually quite happy when I prepare them. There’re many ways to vary a favourite dish so that there’s something new and interesting to eat. Just experiment in the kitchen!
4 eggs, lightly beaten with a little soy sauce
1 pack of smoked salmon, each slice cut in half
Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat, then melt 1 heaped tablespoon of cream cheese. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the eggs and lightly stir them so that they form large pieces. Mix the eggs with the melted cheese. Once the eggs are about 3/4 cooked, turn off the heat and quickly stir in the smoked salmon.
Spoon the mixture onto the serving dish, top with 2 heaped teaspoons of caviar. Drizzle truffle oil generously over the dish and it’s ready to eat! Time taken to cook this? Less than 10 minutes, which is even shorter than the time taken to buy a meal of junk food. Moreover, it tastes better and is healthier. Why not try it?
