#BodyLove 2016 – korean food is healthy

Junk food is boring because there’s limited variety, whereas, with healthy eating, you can choose from so many cuisines!  Some colleagues and friends are huge fans of Korean food and so am I.  It’s tasty and guilt-free!


Kimchi ramyun is sooooooooooooooooooo delicious.  The springy noodles, veggies and stewed egg make up a balanced meal.  The mildly spicy and sour broth is so flavourful that I always make it a point to finish every single drop!

When you embrace healthy eating and drop the junk food, you broaden your food horizons.  Dare to step out of your comfort zone and try new cuisines.  Dare to step out of your comfort zone and add different condiments and spices to your home-cooked meals.

The more delusional Body Positive LIARS keep harping on and on about healthy eating being boring.  I’m now showing you it’s not.  In fact, it’s extremely enjoyable!  Do yourself a favour and stop blindly believing their lies.
